Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., in compliance with European Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of data, wishes to present its clients the policy created with regard to the processing and protection of personal data for individuals who voluntarily use the forms for contacting Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., or any of the services offered, involving the communication of their personal data to Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L.
1. Identification of data controller.
Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., a company with registered office at Polígono Industrial Monte Boyal – Avda. del Monte Boyal, 30 – 45950 Casarrubios del Monte, Toledo, with CIF tax number B86091014, informs its clients and users that it is owner of this website: www.tecnitexfire.com.
2. Update of policies.
Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. will modify this privacy policy without prior warning whenever it is necessary to adapt it to any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or administrative change, or in order to adapt this policy to the instructions issued by the Spanish Parliament, the European Parliament and Council of the European Union, or for legitimate purposes of Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L.
Notwithstanding the above, any modification of this policy will be published and communicated by Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. Due to all of the above, Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. recommends that clients periodically read these policies in order to find the changes made to them.
3. Purpose of processing.
The communication of personal data by clients to Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. through its forms may only be understood to take place when they voluntarily use the subscription form service to contact Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., given that in such cases the processing of data is inevitable and implicit to the consultation and/or contracting system. For these cases and those described in the following section, the entity informs its clients that the processing of data is carried out for the following purposes:
a) In fulfilment of a contract, for undertaking all administrative, accounting, fiscal and logistics management linked with contracting and provision of services and products of Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., in relation with the commercialisation of products of PINCHAAQUI, through electronic commerce, managing the list of contacts of our company and attending to your electronic consultation requests.
b) Granting of your consent (you may withdraw it at any time without it affecting the legality of the processing. Read chapter 10. Exercise of ARCO rights) for:
Personalised application of promotional campaigns, subscription to newsletters, commercial communications, invitations to events and/or surveys of different types.
Anonymous use, without any characteristic which may identify you, in order to carry out our own or third party analysis and statistical studies.
c) For the legitimate interest of Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., for:
Improving your expectations and increasing your level of satisfaction as a client, by developing and improving the quality of own or third party products and services, as well as creating statistics, surveys or market studies which may be of interest.
Courtesy communications such as birthday greetings.
4. Duration of the processing.
Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. will keep your personal data during the contractual relationship. Once this has ended, the data will be kept duly blocked during the legally prescribed periods, which are generally 10 years. Once these have ended, the data will be destroyed or deleted.
In accordance with the LOPDGG of the 3rd of December 2018 on Personal Data Protection and European Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 on personal data protection, it must fulfil its obligations to Public Administrations in cases where it is required in accordance with current legislation on the issue at any time, and also toward other bodies such as Judges, Public Prosecutors, Courts, the Ministry of Finance, the Court of Audit, Ombudsman or other similar bodies, financial entities for deposits of payments of fees, Computing Companies for support and maintenance of its computer system and other professionals necessary for providing the contracted service.
Likewise, Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. informs clients that any other transfer of data it must carry out will be reported to it when established by the LOPD, expressly, precisely and unequivocally informing them of the recipients of the information, the purpose for which the data is transferred, and the nature of the data transferred; or if applicable, when the LOPD establishes it, it will first request the unequivocal, specific and informed consent of the client.
Nevertheless, Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. informs the client that any processing of personal data is subject to legislation in effect in the European Union on data protection, established by European Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 and its complementary and development regulations. In this regard, Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. is only responsible and guarantees the confidentiality of personal data requested from the client, having no responsibility for the processing and subsequent use of the personal data which may be carried out by third party service providers of the information society which may access this data during the provision of their services or undertaking their activity.
The case may arise where Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., collects and manipulates the personal data provided by clients, or campaign recipients, as data controller, ordered by a third party, which is the data controller where this information will be included. Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. will duly communicate this situation, indicating the affected holder of the processing, and the form and address through which the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, Deletion, Limitation of processing and Portability of the pertinent data may be carried out.
Third party service providers of the information society will be understood as natural or legal persons who provide services including but not limited to:
a) Transfer of data provided by the recipients of the service over a communication network.
b) Access services to this network.
c) Data storage or hosting services.
d) Supply of content or information.
5. Quality of the data.
Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. informs the client that, unless there is a legally constituted representation, no client may use the identity of another person or communicate their personal data, therefore clients must at all times take into account that only personal data corresponding to their own identity and which are appropriate, pertinent, current, precise and true may be included. For this purpose, clients will be solely liable against any direct and/or indirect damage caused to third parties or to Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. due to the use of the personal data of another individual, or their own personal data when false, incorrect, not up to date, inappropriate or irrelevant. Clients who use the personal data of a third party will also responsible for the duty of disclosure established in European Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016, for when personal data has not been collected by the interested party, and/or the consequences of not having informed them.
6. Exercise of rights of access, opposition, rectification, cancellation, deletion, limitation of processing and portability of data.
Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. informs the client of the possibility of freely exercising their rights of access, opposition, rectification, cancellation, deletion, limitation of processing and portability of data, providing a copy of the DNI identity document or equivalent document accrediting identity along with the request, sending it to Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L., Polígono Industrial Monte Boyal – Avda. del Monte Boyal, 30 – 45950 Casarrubios del Monte, Toledo, with CIF tax number B86091014, or by emailing: info@tecnitexfire.com, claiming their right based on Section 2 of European Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016.

Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. informs the client that in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016, it has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data and avoid the alteration, loss or unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed.
Likewise, Tecnitex Fire Systems, S.L. guarantees the client that it complies with the obligation of professional secrecy with regard to the personal data of clients and the duty of keeping it.
